FAQ'S & Returns Policy

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched? 

Dispatch time is currently between 7-14 days however we always aim to have your orders out in 3 days. Royal Mail are currently experiencing slight delays and so orders may take 3-4 days to arrive after they have been posted. 

Do you ship internationally?

We now ship to countries in Europe. Our shipping price has had to be increased for internationally shipping. 

There are currently delays with international shipping as they are taking longer to be processed through customs. This is out of our control however all orders are sent tracked so you can see where your parcel is at all times.

Can I cancel my order? 

We accept cancellation up to an hour after your order has been placed. After that amount of time we do not except cancellations. 

Returns policy 

Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy, please note there is no reimbursement for return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return please ensure:

~ Item is in it's original packaging and not used
~ You have a proof of purchase 
~ To be eligible the product must be damaged or faulty, we do not except returns if you change your mind. 

Once your return is received and checked we will contact you to say that your item has been refunded. We have the right to refuse a return if the product has been used.
